What Is Walking Football?

Walking football is a small sided game of soccer where the rules are modified to have no running, no contact, and no ball above waist height. The modified rules allow individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels to enjoy all the things they love about football (soccer) without the strain of needing to run almost all the time and the physical contact and high-flying balls which can potentially cause injury. As a result, this social walking football program creates a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all to have fun!
