OUR NDIS PROGRAMS
ARE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Mobility
Mobility is a key factor in gaining independence. So our personal training is tailored to accomodate mobility challenges by focusing on building strength, stability, and flexibility. We work closely with our clients to improve overall mobility, allowing individuals to perform daily activities with greater ease and independence.
Strength
Our strength training exercises compliment our mobility training and focus on functional movements such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. By targeting specific muscle groups and movement patterns clients are able to increase overall physical strength as well as improve bone strength, which can reduce the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.
Nutrition
Developing healthy eating habits is important for overall health and mobility. Our personal trainers can provide personalised support, education, and meal planning strategies based on individual dietary needs, preferences, and any specific conditions or disabilities.
Posture
Proper posture improves stability and balance while helping to reduce neck and back pain. The key to improving posture is developing core strength with exercises that target the muscles supporting the spine, abdomen and pelvis. Improving posture can also help individuals feel more confident and have a positive impact on their self-esteem.
Wellness
We understand the importance of physical activity and its impact on mental health and emotional well-being. Our customised training plans are designed to support the emotional and physical needs of our NDIS clients. We also ensure we provide a safe environment that caters to their specific needs such as sensory sensitivities.
Support
Our dedicated personal trainers are here to help clients with disabilities improve their fitness, functional abilities, confidence and overall quality of life. We provide a personalised approach with positive reinforcement, achievement recognition, encouragement and support when faced with challenges and a good dose of fun.
DON'T JUST TAKE OUR
WORD FOR IT...
As a 14-year-old with autism, I initially faced challenges with certain exercises. However, since meeting Ves and Eddie, my progress has been truly remarkable.
When I first started, I struggled to lay down on my back on the bench. But with their patient guidance and encouragement, I have achieved incredible milestones.
Just this week, I successfully completed a 25kg bench press, which is a testament to their expertise and dedication.
What sets Ves and Eddie apart is their ability to make fitness enjoyable and exciting, especially for someone like me with autism. But it’s not just about the workouts. Ves and Eddie have created a safe and inclusive environment where I feel comfortable and supported.
Their adorable puppy adds an extra layer of joy to our sessions, and they have become more than just trainers to me.
They are now my trusted friends, offering companionship and understanding throughout my fitness journey.
