Our Boys’ Fitness Class Program is a structured journey designed for boys aged 11-15, divided into progressive phases. Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite Preparation, and Elite. Each phase builds on the previous, ensuring continuous development in strength, endurance, knowledge, and confidence.
